Which is the better program?

So I get this topic was talked about to death two weeks ago but I really feel like this needs to be brought up again.
Texas A&M: 28-11 since entering the SEC, a Heisman trophy winner, 3-0 in bowls since entering the SEC, stole chavis from LSU, rich as frick, a top 5 finish since entering the SEC, forces LSU into playing games when it doesn't want to
LSU: 28-11 since a&m entered the SEC, 1-2 in bowls since a&m entered the SEC, had chavis stolen from them, took two weeks to hire kevin fricking steele, kinda rich, no finish in the top 5 since a&m entered the SEC, gets forced into playing games when it doesn't want to by a&m

LSU sure is putting a lot of credit in head-to-head matchups. At the end of the day, certain teams matchup well with certain teams. Overall picture, it's clearly A&M.

Texas A&M had the Heisman trophy winning QB, the best wide receiver in the nation, and two top 10 draft picks on the OL, and they still didn't win the SEC west.
