Gus. Urban is the better recruiter, but he's never done more with less like Gus has. FWIW, Gus is also a better gameday coach than Saban.

We will know more if they ever go head to head. We know he was better than Saban this year.

I can honestly say I don't know enough about football to answer the OP question. I do know they are better at different things regarding game day coaching.
