I took the dog for a walk around the block and had a bowl of Frosted Mini Wheats.

Gonna try to hit yoga class tonight, but not sure I'll be able to make it.

I was hitting abs every day but for this month I'm going mostly every other day on abs.

that salmon sounds good. I think next week on meal prep I'm going to buy some steak to go along with my chicken. I figure i can eat cold steak salads for lunch. The other option is adding some shrimp in.

i do core just about every day even if it's just planks and a few goes at the abcoaster.

i just have a pesky spare tire that has not disappeared no matter how much weight i've lost so i'm sticking to it.

I try to switch my ab work up. I usually do hanging leg and knee lifts, some side abs using the 45 or 50 dumbbell, and then a twist move using 10 pound weights. ill switch it up though and try hanging windshield wipers, planks, and the ab wheel.

once feb hits ill probably go back to every day doing abs. Ill just switch up the exercises each day.

I also had my best results by doing a 15-20 min bike ride using the seated bike. I can feel my core staying tight on the machine. I also like doing abs doing my rest between sets.

To round off my white people day, I have to go to Bed Bath & Beyond on my lunch and get a new pillow. Probs stop at Starbucks on my way back to the office.

Wifey is ordering us some pre made paleo-type meals for next month. I'm not crazy about it, as I've figured out pretty well how to eat clean, but she thought it would help her and I capitulated.
