Too high. Unless Harris gets the start, then top 10

Wow we're ranked in a preseason poll? Sweet.

I still remember that time we went 12-2 in 2013 and weren't ranked in the preseason 2014 polls. Then we preceded to go 11-3.

Seems odd that Arkansas wouldn't be ranked the way they finished the season.

Plus is Muschamp really going to be that much of a difference maker in year 1?

I'm seriously shocked that they have Auburn ranked #2.

I haven't studied AU's returning roster but doesn't that seem a bit high?

Their explanation in the article was basically Will Muschamp.

I mean 2 is a bit high for everyone but Ohio State but someone has to go there. I am guessing it is based on media predictions that our offense will be more explosive and balanced next year under JJ and with Jovon/Barber/Roc in the backfield, along with Muschamp improving the defense (and the best DE in the SEC returning after missing 2014)

Plus the schedule sets up nicely

Correct. He ended the SEC's national title streak.

Wouldn't you say Gus largely had the right offensive pieces in place by the time took over?

Does Muschamp have that type of talent and guys that fit to work with in year 1?
