Bank on it. Dude has great arm strength, he's huge and a couple big games of him showing his potential will raise his draft stock. maybe even to the first round. A team will be crazy enough to take the chance then boom bust.

Jones does a much better job mentally than JR. Jones gets past his 1st or 2nd progression much better than JR(who almost never did)..
He is huge, but has better mobility than JR..better HC to teach him..etc..
No real comparison except for both being as big as Riddick Bowe.

The guy is only a sophomore. He has plenty of time to develop before he is draft eligible.

He is draft eligible and Jamarcus was great in college and frequently made multiple reads on passes. His completion % was very good.

While I'm sure this statement makes you feel better about LSU's horrid QB situation over the last decade, Jones is much more talented and I'm sure much more intelligent that Jamarcus "Purple Drank" Russell.

Hard to tell, because I have no clue who Cardell Jones is. Cardale Jones on the other hand is a pretty accurate passer and doesn't do dumb shite on the field like Russell used to.
