15 minute since the phrase "i'd like to cancel" came out of my mouth. they made one push to get me in at half price and then sent me to hold with no explanation for 15 minutes.

what should be my reason for cancelling? not enough option on porn?

On hold? That's great customer service. I tried to cancel Comcast last weekend and they hung up on me three times.

I love Comcast. We've never needed their customer service to know how good or bad they are.

45 minutes from start to finish.

how about we half it for a year?

how about we half it for 16 months?

how about we half it and give you showtime (showtime sucks) for free?

how about you don't pay for 6 months, no commitment.

Because it ain't worth $1200.00 f*cking dollars a year is what I am going to tell them (after the national championship game tonight.)

For real, other than the Razorback games and a few other selected games, I won't miss satellite tv a bit.
I can always find somewhere to watch any game I really want to, I can get 20 or so free over air network (major and minor) channels with my digital antenna, have Netflix and can get other internet programming if I desire...

Reminds me of when I had to cancel America Online, it was the one time I almost snapped. Can you imagine what THAT was like?

@aol.com is still my preferred email of choice. Although I don't pay for the service anymore.

Since 2.0, 9600 baud and pay per minute over the allotted time.

What is the etiquette on titty pics received when you were a youngster. I have an aol account with some questionable material saved.
