I'm already on it. I think we have a pretty good team. Well at least good enough to finish 2nd in the SEC.

You don't know how Ole Miss basketball works do you?

I agree but I doubt it happens

I swear I think some of yall want us the lose so you can be right on a message board. There is absolutely nothing wrong with getting a little bit excited about your team. That or you just look at scores and don't have a clue what is actually going on.

Who in our fanbase wants us to lose?

The whole OM fanbase had this mental issue that thinks that each team every year is terrible at the first sign of trouble. It's almost like people think they get a prize to jump off the bandwagon and go tell everyone how bad we are instead of trying to find positives and keep some optimism.

I'm already on it. its crazy to me why you wouldn't go support your rebels if you like sports and have nothing better to do on a friday night, and i get in free which is only more incentive

I think most of the posters here aren't in school anymore.

well in that case i assume it would take us to rack off a few quality wins to fill up the pad

Even if we started winning I don't believe people are going to fill up the tad pad for the rest of the year. If we have a decent team next year though I imagine the pavilion will be mostly to completely full at least the 1st couple SEC games.

You hit the nail on the head with both of your posts.

I don't see how anybody could watch our first two SEC games and not be at least a little bit excited about the season.

That said, Moody had about as good of a 2nd half against USC as could be had on both ends of the court. Hopefully AK's comment about him not being an alpha male got to him, bc that's exactly how he played in the 2nd half.

I disagree. Crowd was decent against USC and school isn't even back in session yet. If we go 2-1 over the next 3, you will see a packed house against Florida IMO

I recently graduated and when I was in school I went to almost every single game. I have a lot going on now and am pretty apathetic about basketball these days. However I should have kept that out of this thread and I'm sorry for adding nothing to the discussion.

Firing Andy Kennedy and hiring Michael White?

If Bjork lets this opportunity slip away he needs to be kicked square in the jimmies.

ETA: And have his championship belt taken away.

What basis do you have to know that Michael White will be able to recruit at a higher level then AK? The problems still exist.

I don't, but he can coach at a higher level, so that's half the battle.

I'm not disagreeing with you but you don't know that for sure. There have been a lot of programs in the last few years who thought the same thing and it has backfired.

State basketball (Stansbery)
Tennessee Football (Fulmer)
LSU basetball (Brady)
Alabama basetball (Gottfred)
Michigan football (Carr)
etc.

My point is we have as good as we have ever had. Why take a chance on losing it?

That's a shite rationalization. My first piece of arse was as good as I had ever had, too.
