Then they went for two and lost the game.

frick it, I'll get excited. At least I don't have to see morbidly obese Robert Redford regurgitate coach speak in interviews and battle severe autism during games anymore.

I really didn't know what to think of the hire at first, but I will put my trust in Bielema. Especially after Robb Smith.

First play will be a hail mary which will go for a TD & a fade for the 2 point conversion.

This is why never... EVER listen to the Arkansas media with coaching searches, Bielema purposely sends out false info.

Although I don't know shite about this guy, know how I already know he's a million x better than Chaney??? ...

... he (Enos) was (is) a closer. Period.

That's all I need to know.

And from a strictly superficial standpoint, he's physically fit, nice looking, looks to be "with it" & has an "intense" look about him - doesn't have that "confused" expression, looks young-ish, or at least like he acts young, looks very professional & intelligent.

And he was an employed HC, not someone desperately looking for a job. Also, if the new guy is a great recruiter & QB coach (former QBs always make the best QB coaches), he's good with me.

After CBB's out-of-left-field hire of R. Smith as DC, I'm going to trust his hire of Enos as OC. ... At least we've got 2 very nice looking & professional looking, in-shape, young-ish athletic dudes for OC & DC, now - that's an improvement.

So is Otis saying that this was the "other guy" who's name he never mentioned?

I remember vividly that Smith was mentioned with Odom specifically, and most people wanted Odom over Smith.

I was sheepishly one of them.... Embarrassed at this, however glad to be wrong... ONCE!

Odom might be really good, too. I guess we will find out.

Wouldn't trade Robb Smith for anyone right now, though.

Also David Gibbs went to Texas Tech so the other two that were rumored for the open DC job are both on the schedule next year.
