Over and done with. All I can see is forward. The next hire will determine if MSU bball will be decent ever again or if I'm just an NBA fan now. Go Grizz

To show how far we've fallen. To show in Stans "dumpster fire" years, we were never this bad. I also see a lot of posters that still blame Stans for the current state of the program.

No, not saying bring him back.. or even that he shouldn't have been fired. Just wild to think he's still being blamed for where the program is now.

Lol.... Hey, why have you put dark horse and buddy in their place. Btw... Hood later on stated that he left due to the coach leaving.

Btw... Fights are still happening.

Btw... Arrests still happen....

Btw.... Transfers are still happening.

The only differences I see are in wins, a lot less, and recruiting.... Horrible.

In the stands, on national TV? I've missed those.

Look, I could care less about the fine details. Players are still fighting.

Are you saying Stansbury was fired because of ONE fight in 14 years?

I would take all that transfer bullshite with competitive basketball versus this abortion that calls itself Miss St Basketball right now.

Oh yeah. Rick Ray is on a nice pace as well. Funny how he gets a pass.

We'll be lucky to get an NIT win with Rick Ray in the next 4.

So are you saying we should've kept Stans?

Look I agree Ray isn't getting the job done and Stricklin made a terrible hire. But it was Stans time to go.

If nobody else in the league, outside of Florida and Kentucky, has been able to hire a superior coach to Stansbury, what in the hell makes people think we can? This may be shocking, but we don't have the money some schools do, and we fired the coach that built what little basketball history we have. It's not exactly the most attractive job in the nation right now.

I'm not saying we can't get lucky and make a great hire, but it's taking a risk. We can't go out and hire a coach that's for sure going to win 20+ games a year, we will be stuck again looking for someone who is "up and coming".

I'll take that over what we have now.

Guess nobody remembers the past between Babe & Williams?

Take him back, can bone the whole cheerleading squad if he wants, idgaf.

Kidding, we all see the final four team and forget he only had 3 20+ win seasons in 12 years. Better than Ray for sure though.
