Um, im on ssi and it ain't where I am and it has 0 chance of rain. Windchill is 24 though.

Was 5 degrees at 6:00 this am when the dog was ready to go out. Dog was ready to come in after a short time. A few snow flurries yesterday afternoon for about an hour. High today was 35.
