Points Given up during the course of the season:
TCU- 27 they finished 4-8
UAB- 17 They no longer have a program
Kent St. - 13 Dri Archer was injured
Auburn- 21
UGA-44
Miss St-26
Fla-6 ... 4-8
Ole Miss-27
Furman- 16
Bama-38
TAMU- 10 They're always horrible
Ark-27
This defense had so much more talent on it than the A&M team he is at now. Our offense is the only reason we won 10 games this isn't his only piss poor season just most recent memory.

Which of the 7 stages of grief is this? Denial? Anger?

I've never thought he was that good. All this trollery about him is stupid. He's better than what A&M had but LSU will do fine without him.

The "every post about Chavis is a melt" crowd is possibly more retarded and pathetic than the few butthurt LSU threads that actually were "melts."

A&M fans have no idea how desperate for good news they sound.

Also, bad offense usually makes for bad defense fyi. And don't kid yourself, your D was better than your O.

How exactly? Because he DOESN'T think the sky is falling over losing Chavis? Because he didn't take irrational jabs at Chavis for being fat, etc? Because he used statistics to support his argument?

How exactly do you think this was a melt? And tell me what you think "melting" is. When you call anything that LSU fans post melting the accusation obviously becomes pretty meaningless.

Obviously A&M fans relish the opportunity at portraying their program as ascending and LSU's as descending, which has resulted in incessant trolling and faux claims of melting at any LSU fans who point out the dubious nature of that claim. This will play itself out during the season. Unfortunately the Aggies have all offseason to delusionally beat their chests though.

Undoubtedly the D was better, but LSU's offense was among the best in the nation in time of possession, which is tremendously impactful for the defense.

We only scored 21? I thought we score more than that.

LSU's defense in 2011?

LSU's problems have all be the result of an offense that cannot keep pace.

Lol. That's not true at all. It's a been a combination of factors and to believe it's all a result of the offense is either delusional or ignorant. Chavis is a good DC though, no one's arguing that. I think he's wayyy overrated by the Aggies on this board though.
