Sept. 5: vs. Louisville (Atlanta)
Sept. 12: vs. Jacksonville State
Sept. 19: at LSU
Sept. 26: vs. Mississippi State
Oct. 3: San Jose State
Oct. 10: Open date
Thursday Oct. 15: at Kentucky
Oct. 24: at Arkansas
Oct. 31: vs. Ole Miss
Nov. 7: at Texas A&M
Nov 14: vs. Georgia
Nov. 21: vs. Idaho
Nov. 28: vs. Alabama

The first game in the GA Dome will certainly be a "home" game for us

Sucks to have LSU and MS State back-to-back so early in the season, however might be better down the stretch so conference play is spaced out and we don't have a "gauntlet" towards the end.

Glad we have San Jose, OPEN, and Ky (on a Thursday) before having to travel to Arkansas. The Arkansas game will be physical as hell and the players will need all the rest they can get before it. Plus Arkansas has an open weekend before us. This game probably scares me more than any other game on the schedule.

Glad we have Ky as the cross divisional opponent this year. But weird things always happen on Thursday night games.

This is about as favorable as a schedule you can have in SEC play.

Ark/OM/A&M/UGA in straight weeks is not going to be fun. Extra days before Arkansas will be nice.

Not sure how to feel about OM next year. If Chad Kelly lives up to the hype their offense could be really dangerous. I want to say they are losing 9 starters on both sides of the ball, but Freeze has recruited well so they might have depth to make up for it.

You know they'll be fired up after how last season's game ended.

I agree... none of our road opponents finished above .500 in SEC play last year, I believe. That's not to say they won't be improved, but it's not the Top 10 road gauntlet we faced in 2014.

would be nice to get that Baton Rouge monkey off our back early and see where some momentum takes us (kinda like msu did last year).

Arky will be tough. They have an extra week to prepare and it will be their super bowl.

Playing @ARK has been my most dreaded game ever since this year ended. Bert is going to want to beat us badly, and playing at their house is gonna be extremely tough

Wouldn't be surprised with 11-1 or 6-6.

I also didn't realize we played @LSU third week. I can't decide if that's good or bad...

That's good. They'll be breaking in a new coordinator

Good point. But, you know they'll have 41-7 on their mind.

Yeah but something equally as big is Auburn will have 14 years without a win in Death Valley on our mind.

Disagree. We beat ourselves in last year's game on top of State having all the momentum going in - GameDay being there, their record, and all those freakin' cowbells. If Dak declares, I say we win this one hands down.

We'll lose to both UGA and Alabama at home? Hmm.

LSU at home has not been very good for us.

I think we beat Miss State.
Arkansas is scary to a degree, but I think we will have a better idea of if they have really turned the corner or if they just beat a demoralized Ole Miss and inept LSU offense from this year by the time the game rolls around.

A&M could be very bad for us.

GA/Ala always tough, but I like our chances at home.

Right now, I would feel pretty confident with 9-10 wins.

They lose 8 starters on D I believe, including all of their LBs. And they lose their RB, their most explosive WR, and all of their OL. We aren't going to lose to them at home
