Good news. Hopefully Muschamp can do a lot of work with Cass and Frost. Need to improve on angles and overperusing.

We can use all the defensive players we can get. If he's good enough to even make the LB rotation then we're better off.

Why wouldn't you be happy about that? We have two senior LB's returning. Frost seemed to have really taken a leadership role last year too, and reading what I have, it sounds like those were few and far between on last years team. If they get beat out by underclassmen, so be it, but no one in this incoming class would beat them out. This is nothing but a positive.

Frost finished third on the team with 87 tackles, tied for the team lead with 3.5 sacks next to defensive end DaVonte Lambert and finished second on the team with 10 tackles-for-loss, trailing only McKinzy.

Dude was money this year and you guys are idiots. He may have led the team in all categories if he wasn't used unsuccessfully as just a pass rush specialist in the first 3 games.

My thoughts exactly. You clowns are acting like we just announced jake holland is returning for another year. Muschamp can work with this kid he just needs a little help and to be used correctly.

Wasn't much of a difference. They both can ole like a mofo while being unblocked. Probably why nobody bothered blocking them.
