I like it - sort of reminds me of something Evanescence would do.

My favorite version of that song though is the one by Louisa Wendorf ... reminds me of my second oldest daughter when she sings it. LINK

First, it starts with the "hardcore" covers of pop songs, but before you know it you're blasting brutal riffs foretelling the coming extraterrestrial invasion and the subsequent enslavement of the human race

My second oldest just left Nashville and moved to Knoxville, so I think her dream of being a big time singer might be getting close to reality-time.

She's good though - but it's a damn tough industry to break into.

She knows the girl in the video I linked, which is how I found-out about that girl.

ETA: Just so you know the whole story, the girl I linked singing the song that everyone is singing, just went viral right before Christmas when Taylor Swift saw that video and tweeted that she liked that version, by Louisa Wendorff, better than her own.

My daughter had sent me the link before that saying she wished she was that good. The Wendorff girl will probably score a record deal outta of that and because her other youtube videos have really taken-off since then.
