Jared Walsh has had a weird night.
3 runs given up, 8 walks, and only 4 Ks but he has only given up 4 hits on the night.
Stricklin comes out to talk to him but leaves him in with 2 out and 2 on in the Bottom of the 6th
Walsh walks his 9th batter, loading the bases. 2 outs and Bo Tucker comes in to try to save the day.

Jesus fricking Christ. Bo Tucker just threw a fricking wild pitch while trying to intentionally walk a guy, scoring the man from 3rd. Tied game 5-5.

Game will remain tied at 5-5 in the top of the 9th as the game goes to rain delay. Willing to bet this thing is pushed until tomorrow.

Will they resume as is or start the 9th over......seems like weather had to do with the BS that let them a score in the 9th. We shouldn't have started the 9th inning. Coach should have just kept replacing the pitcher until it was called.....

9th hasn't started yet. They scored in the 8th. Though Carolina's coach did run out and throw a bitch fit to the umps to call it before the 9th

I'm assuming this would be a huge win. We got swept by MiZzzou and won 2 against UT right? Haven't followed us lately but the extras got my attention

Game 2 due up within the next hour or so. Key to this whole thing is that Carolina just spent the past 3 innings pitching their Saturday starter while we pitched our closer. Could give us a chance to jump on their bullpen early (which we'll need, seeing as we've already thrown our two best arms froms the bullpen in Tucker and Cheek).
