What are your expectations? Hopefully Collins and Ragland are both back

With the way Bama has recruited I think we will be fine, should win the SEC and have a great shot at making the playoff.

If we will be good enough to win the playoff idk, doubtful. Ohio State is gonna be even better next year.

10 wins in the regular season. I don't foresee anyway that Landon Collins comes back. Ragland is a definite possibility.

I just want our pass defense to rank in the top ten again, and our offense to be less streaky. Those things happen next year and I am satisfied.

Depends. Reed said he was coming back. If Ragland is also back, I expect a championship. I expected two losses for 2014 and got it.

If Ragland doesn't come back, a loss or two, not sure yet.

I expect what Saban always gives us, a good team that will be in the hunt. What we do with our chances will depend on the players and if Saban can figure out why his secondaries suck now. If I'm Saban, I replace Bobby Williams, Kirby and Cristobal this offseason. All have underachieved with top end talent the last two years. No excuses, bring home the trophy in 2015.

Offense
- Improved run blocking
- Break out year for Drake and T. Jones
- Spread the ball around to more receivers
- Really don't know who to expect at QB at this point

Defense
- D-Line - about the same with a stronger pass rush
- LBs - someone steps up to be the next Ro/Hightower/Mosley.
- DBs - It's got to get better, right?

ST
- JK Scott will own the Ray Guy Award
- Griffin will be healed and have a great year
- A Kickoff/punt returner who doesn't run backwards/sideways ... and secures the ball

I don't see this happening, but stranger things have happened (I'm looking at you, Lane Kiffin).

Just curious, who would be your top 3 candidates to replace Kirby Smart?

expect or hope? ...

i hope the oc learns how to involve all of the weapons we have on offense while coaching up the qb enough to avoid the obvious dependency on 1 player ...

Depends on QB play. If someone (presumably Coker) steps up right away I'd expect a playoff run. Yes we lose a lot on offense but the defense will be stacked with talent and experience (assuming Ragland returns). Most of the guys on offense have gotten quality playing time so I don't think that should be much of an issue anyway.

Who would I replace Kirby with? Maybe bring Pruitt back. The main thing is I feel like our defense has gotten stale and the good coaches have figured out how to attack it. Kirby is a Saban clone, and I feel like we need some new blood, ideas, schemes, etc. Just time for a change there, nothing against Kirby.

As far as Cristobal, how could anyone justify keeping him? Our line has been garbage the last two years compared to what it was under Pendry and Stoutland. If Blake wasn't such a good athlete we would have give up about 40 sacks this year. I fear for Coker's health next year if we don't improve. And we do not dominate in run blocking either like we used to. Cristobal is a good recruiter and little else IMO.

Collins and Ragland are likely both gone. Collins for sure. My expectations are the same for every year. Beat Auburn, and contend for the SEC and National championships.
