At least some of Auburn's problems can be written off to inuries and suspensions. Give us Carl Lawson, Duke Williams, Alex Kozan and a completely health Sammie Coates for every game, and we likely do win at least 10 or 11 games. bama doesn't have those problems because they avoid inuries more than any team I have ever seen, and Saban doesn't suspend any key players short of them selling drugs or commiting murder

You can use the injury bug about several teams but no one will buy it.

Let's talk injuries. We don't have Ragland go out against OSU, we don't have a true frosh in who gets blown up allowing a 85 yard TD. We tie the game and win in OT. Boom, injuries wrecked our season too.

Fair enough. Maybe I misunderstood. Also, I view a decline for Bama relative to them being a lock to beat any non-conference opponent at any time.

And Alabama lost our best linebacker right before tOSU broke off that big run for a TD. Yet nobody from our side is using that as an excuse. Injuries happen. Welcome to football.

No one is a lock to win every game all the time. We are 31-3 since 2008 in our OOC games. I'm not sure how much more you can ask out of a team.

We lost our 2nd best offensive weapon for the season. The OL was a triage unit all year. Our top RB couldn't start the playoff game in which our 2 best defenders were injured. Nobody's crying. It's football. Next man up.

Trying to compare Reggie Ragland missing a few minutes of 1 quarter to Carl Lawson missing the entire season, Alex Kozan missing the entire season, Duke Williams missing 25 percent of the season, and Sammie Coates missing the majority of the Wisconsin game is beyond laughable. Ohio State had already scored 35 points against bama's defense with him in the game anyway

Our #2 most explosive player, Kenyan Drake, gets a gruesome injury on our first road game. We lose him for the year. We lose our starting center for a few games. TJ played injured for most of the year.

Negative. Blake Sims threw a pick six. Those points weren't against our defense.

Chatta ....words of advice

You can't win an argument with a retard. Believe me I've tried.

Do what every other person on this site does. Skip over and ignore any posts by this clown.

He's posted 4k times and has yet to say anything worth a shite in any of them. The AU guys don't even claim him.

bammers really would have been better off ignoring my post in this thread rather than trying to counter that argument by bringing up an injury to a 3rd string running back or an injury to a defensive player in the 4th quarter of one game after your defensive had been abused for the entire game up until that point anyway.

If you read the Auburn board on this site, a lot of those same posters constantly whine and cry about how much bammers and other posters on this site suck. One difference between myself and those posters is I don't suck up to a group of posters after claiming those posters suck on my teams individual board

I've noticed the same thing. Makes you wonder what they're pumping into these guys when they get on campus.

We had three guys go down at some point in the last game alone, along with several players who came into the game dealing with injuries.
