The only other example that comes to mind is the Auburn FSU title game but FSU was favored there. This was supposed to be a big 10 'massacre' on the biggest stage.

I'd say losing to an unranked team would be more embarrassing.

No, that's the only title that Ole Miss has won.

I'd say losing to a big 10 team is worse.

I still remember talking heads on ESPN saying that we'd be too fast for Nebraska.

National perspective - Alabama.

Alabama was heavily favored, and unlike a lot of us in the SEC who were admitting that this Alabama team wasn't the sure bet that some Alabama teams have been previously, nationally they were the same big, bad Saban team as usual.

None of the other losses are very meaningful. Ole Miss sucked, but it's Ole Miss vs. TCU, so it's automatically going to wane in importance. Auburn last year wasn't really embarrassing, FSU was favored to win (heavily I think) and Auburn could have easily pulled it out. The other losses this year, Notre Dame, GT, Wisconsin are just bowl games that won't really be remembered.

Three of the four teams deserved or should have been there so I don't believe this was an upset.

As bad as I can't stand Meyer or Ohio state, they have a talented team.Bama just didn't make the plays they needed to win.

Losing to a 12-1 B1G team which is now playing for the national championship in the first college football playoff is worse than losing to unranked, 8-5 Notre Dame, who lost to Northwestern. You're correct.

Easy. LSU losing John Chavis to its rival.

Why are LSU fans jumping on this lost by Bama so hard? Why don't you discuss your own loss, and why that happened. Be concerned for the future of your own team. Why are you so happy that someone else did what you couldn't do?

Seriously. Lost to a weak arse unranked ND and then their DC quit. Doesn't get anymore embarrassing than that.

Really? Bamafan talks major shite about how great Alabama is and when Bama shits the bed, bamafan wonders why everyone piles on?

Classic. Do yourself a favor and as a fan, learn some humility.

That's right. You ended the rivalry because you were scared to lose for a 7th time in a row in the mid-90's.

I bet we are rivals now.
