Is the state of affairs at A&M funny or sad?

I just think it's terribly sad. The flagship university of Texas is down, and two other smaller universities with much less resources pass them up.

They have one of the highest paid coaches in the country that loses 4 games.

People on their sideline are punching opposing teams players.

All of their accomplishments are achieved off of the field, or vicariously through other universities. Alabama lost though, so that's also discouraging.

At least you had The Bear until Alabama stole him from you.

And they don't get to play them anymore.
Oh well, at least they "stole" 3rd and Chavis from us...

I don't know, Blob. They won their bowl and made off with your coach. I'd guess they are doing OK.

Isn't this like the 8-9th thread you've started about A&M today?

You would think they would be pissed since we took the Bear and sent them Francione.

4 straight bowl wins

Take rival's coaches

Feel good about QB situation

Future is bright

Looking forward to competing in the SEC going forward

Says the FAN of another school. Seems you might be accomplishing things vicariously as well.

I would think it would be funny if it wasn't so terribly sad.

I mean at LSU we have National Championships that I was alive to see. And Chavis wasn't even a part of those.

We did beat Chavis in the SECCG with our backup QB in '07, so I guess he's a little involved.
