It truly was a prize boxing match.

Ohio State went to the canvas early after out punching in the first half. The proceeded to fight its way out of the corner and slug Alabama in the mouth and hang on for the win.

Great game and much respect to the University of Alabama.

Go Bucks.

Congrats!

Y'all proved you were the better team today. Good luck against Oregon. (I'm a little relieved we won't have to face them).

Ohio State played a much better game than we did. Good luck in the natty. No matter how good tOSU is that is going to be tough one. No disrespect at all, the Buckeyes have a chance no doubt.

21-6 was a bit of a fluke and Ohio State proved that for the rest of the game.

Ohio State just beat us.

We weren't as physical on offense. I remember when we were.

This team both surprised and disappointed. We won more games than I thought we would--we won the SEC--but it's hard to recognize this team, with the problems on defense and the inability or unwillingness to "make his arse quit" between the tackles by running the football.

It is what it is. The better team won. That's one hell of a third string QB you have there. Dude's a monster.

The Alabama fans I met here in NOLA were the classiest group I have ever inteacted with. Your university and team represented very well today. That was one hell of a game.

I have a feeling that there are more meetings like this in the future. BTW, I love what you do with Dixieland Delight.

frick Auburn, and LSU and Tennessee too!

And Michigan!

With what OSU has had to deal with at the QB position, to still end the year the way you did then come in and deliver that performance last night. Well it's pretty damned amazing.

Urban deserves COTY honors for all this.

Good game and good luck in Dallas. Being there, it was clear OSU was taking it to Bama in the trenches, along with what seemed to be converting every 3rd and 7 or longer. Well deserved win by your team.

Yes the good thing is this is not watching Bama get shellacked by the Ducks. That being said it was a respectable slug fest.

21 to 6 start was great except that we were lucky to get that lead. 2 turn overs and a couple of great red zone stands. After those miscues from OSU were done, we still could not stop them consistently enough so they came back.

By the time the ended game ended, we were too banged up to have been able to hang with the ducks anyway.

Yeah, credit to our offense for converting the OSU turnovers into TDs but you could tell from the start of the game that the Ohio State offense could move the ball on us.

At 21-6, I really thought we were on the verge of blowing them out. I expected Jones to start making more mistakes. Kudos to OSU for weathering the storm. We didn't respond well when we realized they weren't going to rollover.

That's a fine Ohio State football team. Strong. Disciplined. Well-coached. Best of luck in the Championship game.

great team, but i'm truly puzzled how ya'll lost to vtech ... granted, vtech is not a miserable program ... they have decent coaches and can pull out wins against big programs from time to time, but they way ya'll lost is truly puzzling ...

went to the game and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere ... apparently, given the number of chants after the game, ya'll don't give a damn about michigan, regardless of who you just beat ...
