That last place team in the West sucked arse. Has for years. They were so thin at QB, their 1st stringer stayed in with what appeared to be a hiatal hernia. That's what happens when you're not SEC deep, though, man.

I've always had a "frick the rest of the conference" mindset. Just look at this board at an LSU loss. there's no alliance 
the SEC speaks for itself with draft picks, not wins and losses. we really have the best athletes, even though the rest of the country has good athlete. imo

You're worried about style points. Pinkel isn't. He just wants Wins. That's what separated our programs this year. Wins and losses. That's probably hard to figure out as you're bargaining with the reality of your past two years.

That right there is the biggest difference for Mizzou between year 1 and years 2 & 3. We were actually in a lot of games going into the 4th and collapsed. Since then...not so much.
