LSU refused to even over pay him even more. He is very good dc and a great recruiter and prob a great man but aTm OVERPAID!
They were desperate and Went with the safe hire. There are better options out there but may have more risk.
This may or may not be better for lsu but I don't think you can argue it financially. There are more deserving dc's for that kind of money.
Great dc's don't get labeled third and Chavis or are known for their prevent defense. Facts are facts.
Good move for The Aggies except they overpaid for what he is worth.
