Pretty favorable schedule with the tough games at home besides Bama.

You could probably add Gaines to the defense. I believe he will do whats needed to be back next year.

10-2 is a very real possibility with the returning starters on offense and the way the schedule sets up.

Just going off of bowl roster. I'll add him for now until we hear otherwise.

So is 6-6.

Too many variables, easy to set lofty expectations when examining only your favorite team and ignoring what happens at other places between now and this time of the year next year.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Arkansas in the play off talks next, I also wouldn't be surprised to see the team is still a year way from that.

I'd put out a 9-3 prediction with losses at Bama, either at LSU/Tenn, and a toss up with Auburn.

9-3 with a quality bowl win after would still make me very happy.

Meh, I tend to be almost too objectively (bordering pessimism) when it comes predicting the Hogs. My belief that 10-2 is a possibility is rooted more in depth, the number of returning starters, and that fact that our defense absolutely turned the corner this year.

However, I'd put less stock into 10-2 being a possibility if Chaney's back, and I'd like to see what our receiver corps looks like next year outside of Hatcher. I'm not sure we win 10 games with guys like Hollister and Morgan logging significant PT, but who knows, and it'll be interesting to see the growth from guys like Cornelius and Edwards and the guys we get off of redshirts.

I should probably amend "10-2 is a very real possibility" to be "10 total wins is a very real possibility."

I'm being conservative and can see 9-3 being very attainable.

We advanced 4 games over last season. If the trend continues, that puts us at 11 wins.

I'm not taking my own bait, but as of now, I see 8-4/9-3 type year. Bowl win could move the 8 to a 9 or a 9 to a 10

I don't think that there's any chance of beating Bama at Bama, but I believe that if everything goes our way that 11-1 is a possibility.

@Tenn scares the hell out of me. It's already dangerous, but with it being directly before @Bama just makes it a nightmare. That has letdown written all over it. When are the BYE weeks?

The week following Bama. It's a true 6/6 split pre/post bye.
