Would Aggy fans be excited for Chavis coming?

He's an above average DC with elite talent but it's an objective fact he's been falling off the past several years.
I know some of you will act like LSU fans are rationalizing this but most of us have been seeing the same thing for a while now.
eta: also if he goes to A&M, aggies better pray to the football gods y'all don't have to stop an offense on the final drive

I don't agree with your opinion of chavis, but even if that's true he's still an instant upgrade for A&M. Hopefully we replace him with someone good.

That would be clearly subjective, not an objective fact. "Falling off" is a value statement, the result of subjective assessment.

The frick do you people come up with this shite? Without Chavis, LSU probably doesn't even get to lose a bowl game this year. Look what he did with that defense this year.

We just gave up 450 yards to broke dick notre dame and Chavis can't stop a last minute drive to save his life. That devalues him as a DC

I have been holding out hope for us to re-sign Torbush or make a run at the 5A high school coaches, but Chavis will do for now.

He's unanimously regarded as one of the top DC's int he country, his defenses have been slammed by the NFL draft, and Aggies actually have an offense that will not put him in position game after game to stop a final drive.
