Gather around, pull up a chair, share your experiences.

NRG Stadium is nice.

Arkansas fans filled the stadium early, were loud, but Texas obviously had a huge advantage in the crowd as heard during the pregame, they got real quite after kick off for some reason.

Texas fans apparently love to talk shite, love to buy authentic jerseys to wear, get all pissy about you topping your coke of with a little bourbon, then do no partake when offered, can't take a little trolling. Texas is not SEC material.

Apparently the games end midway through the third quarter in Texas, mad rush to the exits almost thought their was a fire or the game was at Kyle Field.

Arkansas and Texas had the largest crowd ever, in Houston, to watch a CFB game.

Ole Dale may or may not have made an appearance on the video boards during the game when I left the box to mix it up with the simple folk below.

Houston has the worst shite claimed as BBQ, Carolina style sauce on weak flavored beef. Two wrongs don't make a right.

More later, probably less about the game more about the weekend.

Also hearing Chaney is not going to be back next season, especially if things go well tomorrow.

What qualifies as "going well" tomorrow? I want to make sure I root for whatever I need to root for.

Like I saw on billboards in that date rapist state over the weekend, "Just because she goes out with you, doesn't mean she says yes".

Black Monday, might not have a cord position available in NFL right now.

Mutual separation between Bert and Grimace, Sesame Street and McDonalds not a good combo.

I had the exact same experience

Whorns fans are the worst I've ever interacted with. They started talking shite 90+ minutes before kickoff, all of it personal and none of it involving football. After kickoff, same thing for about 1 quarter, then 2 quarters of silence then heading for the truck

Very sensitive fanbase. For a group that is supposed to be "big time" they handle being down 3-0 very poorly. Congrats on the 3 national titles and having more band members than us, but you have -1 passing yard and its 24-7 so IDGAF about that shite

I also got a kick out of how several whorns were cocking off to a OU fan about getting beat down. Hey bro, your own team is also being piss pounded in front of your very eyes.

They didnt say one positive or encouraging thing about UT. Once it was 3-0 the QB sucks, coach is an idiot, O line is horrible and refs are givinf the game to us. Like refs love to screw the powerhouse in favor of the little guy. Like the refs fumbled the ball at the 1. Lulz

Like I said, worst I've ever interacted with

Good stadium, last time I watched a sporting event here in person was an Astros baseball game in the Astrodome during the 70s. Stadium was not as nice as Cowboys stadium but really wasn't lacking in anything. Glad it was enclosed.

It was a well attended bowl game-- we arrived early and were able to park fairly closely which was a surprise and the only complaint I had was exactly when and where we could enter the stadium to get to our seats--seemed chaotic. It was colder outside the stadium than I thought it was going to be. Traffic to and from the game wasn't bad at all as compared to other similar events.

Food, etc., inside stadium was pricey but that's true of any pro sports venue IMO. The meal deal of a beer and nachos came out to 15 or 16 bucks. Didn't try any BBQ--I've always considered Texas a BBQ state noted more for beef than pork and when it comes to BBQ I'm a pork man.

I don't know what the fan ratio was but I thought there were more Texas fans than what I would have expected. Seemed to be a pretty good contingent of them on the Arkansas side where we were sitting as well.

Lower level seats were good and we had a good view of the field--I still found myself watching the big screens a lot though. It was a good experience overall--throttling them throughout the entire course of the game had a lot to do with it.

Isn't Roman going to be the OC at Michigan?

The Jags fired their OC. That'd be my first guess where he'd land if he doesn't follow Harbaugh to UM.

The 49er's former WR coach is one I'd like to for Bert to consider.

Sadly, I think Bert is too dumb and too loyal to cut Chaney loose right now even though there are at least 6 or 7 obvious upgrades we could go get right now.

They all went to this when talking to them, its like the company line.

I laughed in their faces at the notion of the refs fricking them over in favor of us.

Something else I heard was the SEC manipulated the bowl matchups because Arkansas was the only team in the SEC that had the defense and lines to disrupt Texas.

Its like a whole nother level of delusion down there.

Yep they had receivers open all night too. If only their shitty arse QB could get it out to them it would be 56-0

Very pathetic. "if only" looks good on a desparate, clueless and entitled fan base like texass

You'd think, but a guy can dream.

Frankly, Roman must have the patience of a saint to coach under a nutcase like Harbaugh for so long.

I was surprised how quick girl was able to get us out of there and back to her place where she could get out of that ugly shade of orange.

Beers were very price, bourbon came in handy.

We had BBQ catered in from supposedly the best BBQ place in Houston, apparently they have a huge restaurant and several catering trucks due to the demand in that region for their BBQ, I have no idea why, I've had better BBQ from gas stations in Mississippi.

Yes, it was a much better game to attend in person than watch on TV from what I gathered from those who didn't make the trip.

It looked like the corners were allowing free releases on their WRs to contain a possible scramble, all night long.

Texas's punter looked pretty good.
