Filled up in Texas at $1.85, next time to get gas in AR it was $2.35. Still over $2 in Bama, Sip and Ten.

That's because the city of Atlanta requires a different mixture of some sort for gas sold in the city.

OP is right about Little Rock, which is odd because I feel like NWA usually has the highest prices in the state.
