Trent Dilfer was a good NFL QB. He wasn't great. He wasn't upper echelon, but he was a good starting QB in the NFL.

If Manziel had half the drive of Tebow, he would be starting. He still wouldn't be great, but he would be good enough to start for the Browns right now.

Comparing Manziel to Tebow in any way is a joke. Manziel is the classic example of a greedy selfish me me me first player. Tebow is all bout the team.As well, Tebow actually won a title. Manziel's best accomplishment was tying for 3rd in the West.
