I'm hoping so. It'd be nice if the light came on for him a few weeks ago, because (and I hate to say it) he was starting to look kind of average. I know our OL is partly to blame, but he was not playing like a 240lb back. He has upped that a bit. He's also broke some long runs with athleticism, so hopefully that continues into next season.
It takes some longer to get it then some. DH in HS was literally only running the ball. He didn't block he was just bigger and faster than his opponents. The god given talent is there but he needs to act like a 245lb back and quit getting tackled like he weights 120. That is the softest big back I've ever seen but he has insane top end speed and a nice burst. He lives and dies off tosses. I was on this kids bandwagon as much as anyone and I still think he can be special if he works out his apparent flaw(s).

For sure. Seems like he may be a lot stronger up top than he is down low. Gotta have the legs to drive through contact.

Hmm, I will say 38-27 Bama, but I will also be disappointed by how I feel we will give those points up too which is long pass completions.

In a game that decides who plays for the national championship, how could one team be more passionate than the other? If either side isn't amped up, they either bet on the opposition or are playing the wrong sport.
With that being said I think we win 27-13

38-31 Bama
OSU has the athletes & coaching to make it a good game. I can even see them winning. If we let their DL dictate our offense play, it'll be closer than we want. While we confuse Jones, they'll add some wrinkles with him we aren't prepared for.
Alabama just has too many advantages on both sides in the end.

42-10. Ohio State resorts to a 4th string QB after Bama takes a 28-0 lead at the half and gets a few points in garbage time.
Our 4th string (current 2nd string) QB is a true freshman that is redshirting. No way we burn that to bench Cardale.

Watching UM getting skulldragged gives me the jitters.
There's been talk on the radio that Bama fans aren't showing up like OSU fans--apparently there's a "let's save it for Dallas" phenomenon going on. No, fans don't play the game.
Let's hope Bama isn't saving it for Dallas.
Someone, please, hold me.
Edited: No, I'm not there either. 2 kids at UA RIGHT NOW with no scholly. Extra bowl trip money just isn't going to get spent right now.
Edited again: Yeldon is a game time decision.
