Best mixed drinks for each liquor?

What's your go to for each liquor as far as mixed drinks go?
For example..
Tequila - Margaritas
Vodka -
Whiskey -
etc..

Whiskey and coke but I'm trying to get into drinking bourbon on ice. I just left a big liquor store in Albany, GA and bought a fifth of eagle rare, buffalo trace, bulleit, and one more that I had never heard of but my gf said she liked the label and it had a 96% percent on some thing she read not long ago...
Anyways. We went and bought some steak and I'm gonna open the eagle rare and have a glass. It's my first time trying it so I'm excited

1800 silver is good to me as a cheaper tequila. Can't do gold anything

Bourbon- Manhattan
Gin- (gross) probably a long island so I don't have to taste it.
