Is this a typo? I know GT fans suck, but it's still Miami in the winter.

Trip to Miami for new years is an expensive one. Multi night minimum stays and hotel prices double or triple. Perfect weather this time of year.

I may have to go to that game and pull for MSU. I'm just a few miles from the stadium and it's pretty much free.

Play with the seat locator... You can sit on the MSU 50 for $200, the GT 50 for $118...

Aside from the Orange Bowl I really don't see anything all that off about these prices. What exactly do you think the "get in the door" price for nosebleeds in games like the Music City and Liberty should be OP? Or is this just a lame attempt to measure your dick against GT?

His numbers are off as well. I checked a couple of those bowls and the amounts are already way off from what he posted.

I seriously considered driving thru and trying to catch at least 3 games in Florida. I'm off till the 5th and probably would have if anyone else I knew could.

Orange Bowl is cheap for sure, but that isn't on MSU. We've sold something like 13,500 tickets of our 15,000 ticket allotment through our ticket office at full($100+) price in shitty seats, and those are just the fans that were dumb enough/loyal enough to purchase that way. Nevermind an allotment twice what a bunch of other bowl games get. Fully suspect that we'll take 30,000 plus. That stadium is cavernous as shite, and it doesn't seem Ga Tech is taking anyone at all(making the 4th MSU bowl opponent in a row this is true for).

It's also been noted that as a playoff bowl next year, people that buy tickets to the Orange this year are granted priority for face value tickets next year. So a bunch of tickets were purchased by people with no intention of going to the game and fully willing to lose $100+ per ticket in order to get them at face value next year.
