"In the U.S. some health researchers are fond of giving religion the credit for boosting life expectancy. Yet despite being a nation with a large religious majority, Americans have much lower life expectancy than is enjoyed by secular countries at a similar level of economic development such as Japan and Sweden. Evidently, the lower quality of life here both provides a market for religion and reduces life expectancy."
Japan has the 2nd highest rate of atheism in the world, yet women who live there have the longest average lifespans in the world.

It's pretty easy to understand why that is true.

Diet bro, the US is the most unhealthy/obese country due to the garbage they consume as evidenced by all the fast food joints and processed foods on the grocery shelves.
If it wasn't for big pharma producing drugs to allow many people to continue their unhealthy lifestyles the life expectancy in the US would probably drop by 10 yrs.

God didn't give a frick if Tebow won a football game, even though Christians probably attribute his success to Jesus in one way or another. Who gives a frick if Christians think God makes their life better? Either you believe them or you don't. These threads reek of as much insecurity in your lack of faith as the first one did. The Christians that make the "religious people live longer" are probably the least religious and the ones insecure in their faith to begin with. They feel doubt and reason creep in, then they look to anything that gives them the feeling of validation outside of the text they are actually supposed to derive it from.
Who effing cares?

I think you're still missing the point. According to Christianity, the Christians will be in a place of perfection in the afterlife when they/we leave this world; you all, not so much; ergo, it is a win-win for Christians regardless of their life span on Earth. Understand?

With a disproportionate amount of people born in Europe and the Americas. Heaven doesn't seem to really favor the Indo-China region.

Meh. Think of the billions that have lived full, good, clean, honest, lives that lived in rural India or China and never heard of Jesus. You can't accept Jesus in to your heart if you've never heard the Good Word, and you can't get in to Heaven without a relationship with Jesus.
So let's just say I have an Asian fetish. You're seriously gonna tell me that Heaven, a so called place of perfection, doesn't have readily available Asian women for me to plow? The entire earth flooding and all animals just chilling in a boat for forty days? Okay. A dude living inside the belly of a fish for three days? Fine. But paradise without Asian women sliding out of their chairs as I walk by? That's just not believable.
