A lot of question marks heading into next year, who will be the top 5?
My take:
1.Jeremy Johnson- NFL talent, will put up a ton of yards under Gus (could possibly eclipse 4,000 total yards). Will mask deficiencies at receiver.
2. Dak Prescott- Expect a slight drop off due to loss of three veteran offensive lineman. Still surrounded with weapons, including the best receiver in the league.
3.Patrick Towles- Under-appreciated because of where he plays, and some might expect a decline due to the departure of his OC, but dude can make any throw. can move well in the pocket and extend plays, will have Kentucky in thick of east race (not a joke).
4.Josh Dobbs- Will finally be the man, taking all of the first team snaps spring/summer/fall, extra reps as starter may finally give the Vols a chance to get back to Atlanta.
5. Kyle Allen- Needs to get bigger, but has chance to thrive with the mass of talent at the skill positions Aggie has put together. Very impressive what he did this year after being thrust into action as a true freshman.
Thoughts?

You misspelled Anthony Jennings at #1. Boom

Lol that QB year is gonna blow even worse than this one. The SEC is feeling the mass exodus the GOAT QBs from 2013 and 2012.

You forgot about the legend

There's some potential for Drew Barker to take over the starting position from Towles next season. The QB race was pretty close coming into this season.
Towles has to work on his happy feet (he has a tendency to dance back there which screws with his accuracy) and to get rid of the ball a little bit quicker under pressure. Hopefully some improved line play will help him with the later.

Coker blows. My money is on Bateman.

1. Coker/Morris/Bateman -- will be a tight race for the sec's best qb until Barnett takes over the top spot in the conference in 2016.
2. Dick - arky's ground game gets the attention but this guy impressed late in the year and looks good moving forward.
3. Dobbs - looks to have finally learned to thrive despite lacking eyebrows.
4. Driskell - Mac can win with his dog at QB, and despite his shortcomings, Driskell has a better arm than Mac's dog.
5. Smith - will be the saprise starter at Auburn over Johnson due to his running ability as Gus gets back to the power run after the loss of the top 2 receivers.

just my opinion, but I don't think Coker even plays football next year. even if he does, I definitely think Bateman will challenge him

No Kevin Sumlin QB on your list = doesn't watch much college football.

obviously the coaches know more than me, but I think that would be a mistake. Towles is legit, I'd bet he will be a first rounder.

He did after the Egg Bowl. Kids say that all the time and then change their minds once the talk of millions of dollars gets tossed their way. Don't think that will be the case with Dak.

I tried telling everyone he had another year of eligibility, but I was laughed at. Who's laughing now!

I thought about Trill but he burned me last year so I am taking a wait and see approach on him for 2015.
