He doesn't stand a chance leaving this year that's for certain.
He is an extremely undersized PF with no game outside the post and inconsistent finishing around the rim. He can dribble but is just as big a liability to turn into a TO machine as make a play at this point. Defensively he is inconsistent and is by no means a net positive in the mold of Ben Wallace.
He needs another year before even thinking about going pro

Also Bowers gets half his rebounds as a result of an extremely undersized AU team and grabbing his own missed shots

Is there a video of the Mizzou post game conference anywhere?

He gone IMO

With another year of development, he could turn into a Barkley-esque player. He's got pieces of that game just needs refinement and instruction

He doesn't defend and has a terrible field goal percentage on lay ups (not to mention every other type of shot). He lacks basketball iq and is way undersized. I'd be shocked if he gets a chance in the nba. There just aren't enough spots for so-so players to make it in the league.

His only shot is to learn to be a SF that can post up. That means improving his shot, ball handling, layup skills and probably losing weight.

Oregon St just knocked off #7 Arizona. Should help our RPI

He doesn't have anywhere near the same spring Charles had. Overseas is his only hope for a pro career.

Obviously he isn't Charles but he could play a similar game if he dropped 20 lbs. He could be a bench player though. He needs to learn the 3 position to have a shot.

He's more Glen Davis than he is CB, although big baby probably has more size and height.

He is a poor man's Robert "Tractor" Traylor.

Mark Murphy on Matthew Atewe.

He is making progress and there is no reason he shouldn't be able to make a complete recovery and contribute next season.

Sorry. Had work this weekend but it is now updated. Also, I wasn't going to put our UF horribleness. Didn't want to think about that game

Matthew Atewe.
Hopefully they have him working on other parts of his game like his shot form. They could completely rework his upper body shot mechanics and make him into an elite shooter.
THere is a good Grantland article out there that talks about Nevada Smith, ROckets DLeague coach, and how after he tore both his ACLs he became an absolutely dominant 3pt shooter

Is there a video link to Pearl's post game presser after the USC jr. game?

I can try and find one that is free. Not sure if the rivals one I saw was free content or not
