I'll be watching on TV, we don't have a good track record when I go to bowl games.

Personally, I think it's weird to travel for bowl games unless it's a playoff game (or formerly BCS game).

Who has the time or lack of family life to travel to some random destination during the holidays?

Buy a plane ticket, game ticket, hotel, food, entertainment ect all for a 2.5 hour game.

Seems odd to me and it always surprises me that so many people travel for these.

On second thought, most bowl games have sparse crowds.

Insert 10 page indictment against the meaningless and mostly unexciting bowl season.

I'd love to go if I had the time and $$$. I would imagine most people make more of it than just a game, but even with just a game it would be cool.

In fact, if I were going, I'd probably try to catch Beckner and the UA All American game on the 2nd.

Same here reedus would love to go. I have the time this year but lacking the funds.

May save up for when we go back to the SEC CCG next year. (Wink-wink)

I hear that jafo. We'll have to grab a cold one or drink of your choice.

You gotta deal. We may just have to make a road trip to Atlanta. Or the next bowl game. Gonna have to do some game planning.

Can I come along for moral support and to find hookers in case you two get tired of sucking each other off on the trip?

If you're there, we won't need no hookers.

Hmmm, bowl games are great for families. Usually a much more docile crowd as opposed to a road game. I'll never take my kids to one of those until they are old enough to vote.

Usually in warm climates during the winter. Plenty of good things.

I won't be going to this one however. I've dropped way too much money the past two years with two road games, to trips to Atlanta and one to Dallas. I could have gone, but my wife said it would have to include Disneyland and we are talking some major coin here.

Even though the BCS is dead, this is why we are passed over for better selections, especially in the old conference.

I wish I could go, but when we got screwed out of bowls in the bevo10. The perception was that our fans dont travel well. Its not an issue with the money in this conference but it was back then

To add on, even though I refuse to post on TB I read it. I post that showed if all the sec schools won their bowls plus tv revenue, we could make upward of 20 million more dollars compared to being in the bevo 10.

Been down here a few days, it'd been beautiful, rainy today. Even just picked up a new explorer for the wife...
