You are not going anywhere? You have to go back to the 20th century to find your last conference championship, so you have already disappeared off the radar of teams who are currenty relevant

Frick Tennessee, but they have a long, long way to go before they are no longer big 6 and even further to drop before they are on par with ole miss. I'm not looking forward to it by any means, but they will win an SEC championship in football before Ole Misse does.

Yeah, what's your point? At least we've been to SEC title games in the 2000s.
They may be relevant this year, but not close to Big 6. That take long term success over many years.

Idk if it's still the dead period or not but from my understanding it doesnt prevent a coach and a recruit from having ANY communication, there are just only certain ways they can communicate
