The original poster's delusion can be blamed on Alabama. Their extremely rare loss to Ole Myth has evidently made OM fans lose all perspective regarding their place in the hierarchy of the SEC.
I'm certainly no UT fan, but OM will never be the program that UT has been.

Yeah, we've won more conference titles than any other team not named alabama. We're not going anywhere.
Talk to the grown ups when you've had more than 2 ten win seasons in 50 years and have actually made an appearance in an SEC title game
