You have to start out posting on the help board. Once you build a "quality" post history you are given access to the rant. Don't get me wrong, I love this site, but think this rule is stupid. It's also subjective.

Usually the quickest way to gain access is to pick out a popular poster and start a help board thread asking that they get banned. It's kinda like prison.

58 is not that old. Most of the posters here are under 30, but a lot are over (I am in my mid 30's).
Nut up and start some help board threads. They don't even have to be that good. I think they just want to see if you are going to be active.

Try posting on the Arkansas Board and follow the directions from there.
