If I recall, UGA is typically in the minority of having a surplus most years. If that's how it's going to be played out, why not plan to build an IPF in 5 years and start saving?

I don't think an IPF is the magic solution to us winning a NC, but it certainly couldn't hurt, and it's also a big plus for recruits. I'm sure a lot of rich boosters wouldn't mind forking out a few more bucks here and there to assist in getting on built, either.

If we do this right we need to build a new track complex first by the soccer and softball fields then blow up the current one and put the IPF there
