Well Kris Boyd just threw the hook 'em horns sign up after winning the state title so that ship may have sailed as well.

Good for him. Boyd was a back up plan for A&M. He's been slow played for quite some time. But with the way things are falling apart that may end up being a mistake.

Yes, the day even though LSU landed 2 future all Americans they lost their collective minds over losing 3 other commits.

CamRob was a bigger loss than those 3.

The 5for5 thing was funnier because of the sheer quantity of LSU posters, but today has been more devastating for the Ags. LSU at least got Fournette and Adams. A&M is 0-fer + lost their highest rated commit.

Miles actually ended up with an awesome class; Adams, Valentine, and Texas Samoan connection.

I think some of the 5 for 5 miles missed on deliberately misled him and were a-holes about it; I don't think that's the case at all with these players. I think those guys wanted badly to play at A&M. They just know Sumlin can't develop a defense for them.

Willis would have been nice.

Adams is so much better than Brown.

And Trey Quinn is a better caliber person than Noil. He'll have a fine career, and will likely stay for a 4th year. Noil will be in the league or FCS in a couple years.

Willis has done nothing but getting into trouble from day 1. IF muschamp stayed he said he would've kicked him off the team already, so no thanks.

G Willis turned out to be a great non-commit

Wish we got Speedy, but we got Malachi who I'd rather and was ranked higher and Quinn who is very good in his own right (although not the talent of Noil).

Tony Brown burned, but surprise of Jamal Adams made me forget that quickly. Adams > Brown and I don't think its close. Adams will be an absolute superstar for LSU.

All in all we made out quite well.

But yes that day was a melt.

ETA:

And Fournette was easily the most important for a lot of reasons. If we got the other 4 and not him, the melt would've been bigger. He was the one everyone had their eyes on. He was the best prospect out of the state ever and even if he's not Adrian Peterson like morons thought, him not leaving Louisiana was bigger than words can describe.

Cam Robinson will prove to be the one that hurts the most.

And we were never in it for him, nor did he lead us on really like the others.

CRob is a monster and will be making so much $$$$$ in the pros.

Not true, no one was murdered.

Bama holds the King of the Melt title until a fanbase murders multiple fellow fans over a loss.

LSU, hands down.

As let down as I was, it was still funny at the same time.

5 for 5 was hands down the funniest shite I've ever seen, only because there were so many LSU fans here hyping the absolute shite out of it.

Rob is a beast. He made the right call tho, he wouldn't have started at LSU this past season.

Only Speedy can actully play from the 3 and the top 2 ended at LSU. Cam Robinson though is a stud.

Considering LSU's was on National TV and they were the national laughing stock of the day, I'd easily say LSU.

You'll never get over that one, will you? Too bad your sis couldn't make your dreams come true.
