Bobo is a very good OC, but he would be a disaster as a HC in the SEC. McGarity knows it. IMHO he would be worse than D Dooley. Might make it in the MWC, where they have high school calibre D, but not here.

I'm gonna say that MR has drilled the mantra "Move once" into Bobo's head. And although Colorado is one of the most beautiful areas in the world, just don't see it as the place he would want to stay at until he is finished coaching.
All coaching hires are a crap shoot, no matter their background. Stars have to align in some fashion for you to be mildly successful, exponentially so if you are going to win championships. Being a good coach is just one of many factors necessary to win games.
