The issue is the weight of Natty's
In single sport, single event, and single sex you can only get 1 Natty per year and it may be mythical like CFB.
In single sport, single event, and dual sex you can only get 1 Natty per year like Rifle
In single sport, double event, and dual sex you can only get 2 Natty per year like M basketball + W basketball
With running you get a dual sport for each season and each sex so you can get 6 in a given year
M Cross Country + W Cross Country = 2 Natty's for fall
M Indoor T&F + W Indoor T&F = 2 Natty's for winter
M Outdoor T&F + W Outdoor T&F = 2 Natty's for spring
That means 6 potential Natty's in any given year and far too great weights in overall numbers. Perhaps a more equitable weight would be to add up all the running stuff and divide by at least 3 and possibly 6.

I responded to a post about LSU not being on the list. A list that is, at this point in the year, made up of field hockey, water polo, etc. and stated that it means shite. I stand by that and could give two shits weather you agree or not.
