A 32 is manageable if he is pretty smart. First time i took it was my sophomore year and i made a 27. Bought one ACT study book and some practice tests. Took it 3 more times and raised it to a 33. So it is possible to raise it a good amount. It sucked studying for it, but it was worth it because Ole Miss pretty much paid for my school, food, housing, and some other stuff

Put him in a Kaplan test prep $300 to save 20k would be worth it
If he's making that kind of investment into his ACT score, then why would he come to Ole Miss? Unless he lives in Texas. Then it makes sense.

It may be possible, but it's not easy. I took it 3 times and made a 31 every time. Others I knew weren't able to raise their scores that much either, but hey, I'm old, so it may be different now.
