People wanting bama to beat FSU are way too short sighted. Oh but Jameis is a thug! Jimbo is scum!!!

Well, yeah. I agree. But next year JW won't even be at FSU anymore, and in a few years Jimbo won't either. People didn't hate FSU a few years ago, and in a few years they won't hate them like now either. What's worse....FSU winning a title, or bama winning their 37th, hearing about how it's the best dynasty of all time, the gumps getting a bigger head, and having to deal with their already naueseating fans?

I personally don't know a single florida state fan. I know many bama fans. I dont' see a single FSU car flag or sticker where I live. I see tons of bama ones. I would rather see anyone in the playoffs win it over bama, and it's appalling that there are some so called auburn "fans" in here don't feel the same.

The point is, we had a badass Dline that year. Uat doesn't have a Nick Fairley to disrupt Oregon's backfield from the snap of the ball. And Marriota >>>>>> Thomas.

I want Bama to lose, but lose badly to Oregon. I am in Indiana and have Buckeye fans all around. They are as bad as the gumps! Them winning would make my life hell for the next football season.

OSU and Oregon have just as good a chance to beat Bama as FSU

I cannot pull for FSU, the more one reads about what has been going on in Tallahassee, the more it looks like a real culture of corruption.

From rape allegations, to hit and runs that are covered up. I could give a crap about signing memorabilia, but these are real crimes that have been covered for by the local police department.

The thought of them winning again makes me physically ill.

Alabama fans with a bigger head? I do not think it is possible.

So bama beating them will erase all that from having happened? Will it make you feel better in your daily life when the bama fans you undoubtedly are surrounded by continue to gloat, at least you can think to yourself "oh well, I sure am glad jimbo fisher is somewhere learning his lesson!"?

Why? If you don't think bad shite gets covered up at major football schools other than FSU you're kidding yourself.

Probably, but when it comes to light, there should be real repercussions. Winning a game is just that, winning a game.

I did not initially believe those rape allegations, but the comments from the independent investigator and the follow ups in the papers seem to make it clear there was no way there was ever going to be a case brought forward.

I can handle fans being arrogant because their teams win --- I cannot cheer for criminals who have the law on their side.

The SEC brand doesn't help each team equally.

Some of y'all want these people to watch their team win?! I'm scared of what might happen once FSU loses a game. They have no idea that losing is even a thing, or that Jimbo has done it before...

so can ohio state

I don't think there are any dominant teams this year, so I think any of the four have a chance to win it all. While I think we match up best against OSU of the 3 other teams, that doesn't mean they can't win the game...we've been prone to turnovers, the long ball, and special teams breakdowns sporadically throughout the year so I don't think a win is guaranteed by any stretch...

Obviously. They are among the worst. Between their lunatic "ESECPN" conspiracies that involve the NY Times and their victim blaming they are the worst. I would happily watch Georgia or Tenn shut us out and win the NC than FSU.

I lived in Jacksonville for 4 long years. Gators, Noles, and Bama(IDKY) fans were intolerable! Even the UGA fans that I was around were all like WTF when we would discuss football with those 3 fan bases. Navy peeps I worked with were knowledgeable for the most part but the civilian population. My wife is from Michigan and loves the wolverines. we went to the 'gator bowl' when UofM played miss state a few years ago(free tickets from MWR). Even she was like the SEC our team badly!

Just imagine this headline: "Alabama continues dynasty by doing what Auburn couldn't."
