Walker hasn't ever played to my knowledge.
I didn't think he had, but it was a garbage time play early in the season. I thought maybe they had tried to get him in there.

Marcus Davis has been waiting and is gonna eat next year. He is clutch. Had a game saver against A&M last year that nobody remembers.

Pretty sure everyone remembers that play.

I hope Stevens can step up this year.

It seemed like JJ was already developing a pretty good rapport with Ray.

Why in the world is everyone saying this? He threw one pass to Ray in his playing time this season. One

Felt like he hit him more than that in the Arkansas game.

It's because Ray has been solid whenever he's been in the game. He'll be a great receiver this year with Jeremy throwing the ball if they can get on the same page.

Hit him for a TD. Then Nick hit him on that one handed catch

In Jeremy Johnson's limited playing time, he has thrown to Melvin Ray 5-6 times...or something like that. He seems to target him a lot (last year and this year).

Davis, Stevens, Ray, Mcgriff, Burton, Louis, Denson, Staples? (UAB)

I want to know what the TE position is going to look like. Jalen Harris going to start at TE as a freshman?

In the three games where JJ got the most time ('13- WCU, FAU '14- Ark), Ray has 4 catches from Johnson, including none in the FAU game. In those games, Louis had 4, Stevens had 3, and Davis had 5. I just don't understand why so many people think JJ and Ray have some psychological connection or something (though it's mostly homers on the Bunker and 247 who think Ray should be preseason All-SEC)

We're pretty think there, so we'll probably just use Pettway, Chris Laye, and Chandler Cox as blockers from the H-Back. It's not like Gus utilizes the tight end anyway

Long shot/remotely silly thought: any chance Jonathan Wallace transitions to WR? Dont know if he'd do well, but who doesn't want him getting more pt?

It really is hilarious how people can see the things they want to see.

Probably because that is nearly 15% of JJ's completions to a guy who effectively was a backup and averaged over 20+ yards?

ETA: I mistake averages for actual things because I gotz the stupid
