Completely wrong.
Cooper is one of the best receiver talents in years. Top 10 picks have been spent on much less.

I could see Cooper getting taken over Watkins and Evans. You want to take a sure thing with a top 10 pick and Cooper is as complete WR as has come out of college since Fitzgerald. Watkins and Evans had the potential and athleticism but both still needed coaching.

Amari Cooper would have been the 3rd best talent in last year's draft behind Watkins and Evans, and if you account Beckham Jr's showing this year, Cooper may be behind him as well
