I think we have more talent than what we showed on the field. I believe it was poorly coached. I do think we are thin at certain spots though.

I cant wait to see him on the sideline next year. It is going to be a complete 180 from Ellis's calm arse in the press box.

Being calm and collected from the best observation post on the field isn't a bad thing. In many situations it can be a positive.
Just like being emotional and passionate on the sidelines in some situations can be a positive or a negative.
