I want to know why Lanier ignored my inquiry about his tackle company. Was it the fact he would need to remain as an employee?

Because I was f'ing working.
Been wide open the last few weeks. Trip all day yesterday then in the shop till 1:00 last night. Getting caught up but I am about to start working on my stuff for the Bassmaster Classic Expo show. My show is in mid February and the way I have it calculated, I need to work over 250 hours to build what i will be taking with me to the show. Plus some graphics and advertisement stuff. I have the follow to get done
1250 hand painted spinnerbaits to paint and build
2500 Jigs to tie and package
10,000 drop shot weights to package
16,000 jigheads to package
400 Buzzbaits to paint and assemble (new)
1000 underspins to package
i wont be doing many guide trips in January. I also cancelled my trip to Jamaica in January and no bowl game for me
Im doing this for a reason, I just dont know why.

Well damn, that sounds too much like work. I tthink I will keep my Job at Whataburger, thanks anyway.

I hear you. I am away for the weekend. Then will start on next Friday building stuff. My orders have been good over the last month so that has kept me busy. I had one week where I was low on orders and trips and all i did was relax for most of the week.
I hate canceling my trip to Jamaica. That really sucked. Was looking forward to that. Will go somewhere in August. This show is a pretty big deal for me. I want to make it successful.... Anyone near Greenville SC should stop by .
And please buy something.
