Does Amari Cooper or Melvin Gordon prepare Heisman trophy winning speeches?

Super congratulations to both of these men, and of course to Marcus Mariota, but since it's a foregone conclusion that MM has won, do they even prepare a just in case speech?
It would be interesting to see Cooper or Gordon win, just to hear their speech.
Probably go like this: "Wow, thank you. I, uhh, thank you, uhh. My coach, my family, my teammates thank you.uhh, thank you again. God bless. Amen".
Anybody watching the presentation tonight?

yes, they will have a speech prepared

I'll watch. Like seeing the highlight reels they put together for each player.

maybe they'll mix it up....12 of the last 14 winners have been QBs......is the Heisman now a QB award because we already have plenty of those...

Probably not. This has been the most disinterested I've been on a Heisman ceremony in a while.

Maybe, only because Amari is there. Otherwise I do not care about the award. Listening to Tim Brown and Eddie George talk about it on the radio is more of a Heisman turnoff than they know.

Has the award lost its luster? Seriously I've never been more disinterested in this award.

Just a shite year for contenders, that's all...All went downhill with Jameis shitting the bed and Gurley signing some goods

Did it ever have any? You would be slightly interested at the least if you had a finalist.

So, you are saying your preferred university of higher education is unable to teach Cooper how to speak? That is quite sad.
To answer your question, yes they will have speeches prepared.

No, jackass, I was implying that they wouldn't know what to say, not how to speak, because it would be such a surprise for them.

I'm sure they will have a great time in New York but they both know that Mariota wins easily. I hope to see Cooper versus MM in a few weeks.

I think Coop/MM/MG have had amazing years, but certainly after that it isn't all that great.

He was looking for some Gurley love. The attempt was worth one woof.

It was too early this morning for me to recognize that

Used to be a running-back award

I really hope all the pundits are proven wrong and Cooper wins it. like someone else on here posted the other day, he proved it on the field against the best of the best every week not once or twice like the other front runners.
