Cohen: "This may be the best collection of arms I've ever seen in college baseball."

I didn't expect this much out of our pitching this year, kind of caught me off guard. Thoughts, predictions, both welcome. Let's talk baseball.

ETA: Misleading, looks like he was talking about the infielders rather than the pitching staff.

You don't want to discuss our shitty basketball team?

It's not that I don't care about basketball, but I'm not in school anymore and I don't have the interest in basketball to drive to Starkville and watch them.

He says something like this every year to get everyone fired up...

First part of what I'm guessing is going to be broken down into multiple interviews: LINK

That Tulane game officially deflated me. That was horrible.

Well that was a buzz kill. Looks like he was talking about the infield. Damn it to hell I hate the twitter hook. That was obviously posted specifically to read like our pitching staff was stacked.

I'm guessing we will still struggle with starting pitching , or lack thereof

Hopefully our offense will be better. I'm concerned about the hole Pirtle left at 2nd. And who will play third.

Pitching and defense will take you where you wanna go.

With football ending and our bball team being shitastic for the 3rd straight season , feb 13th won't get here soon enough.

Pitching, I think we're more talented than we've been, but less experienced...

Offense night and day better than it's been under Cohen. At least in the BBCOR era anyway. The new baseballs will make a notable difference...

Defense same... Reynolds and Holland are both really good defensively, and Heck should be consistent. Need Heck and Britton to be better hitters. I know Reynolds and Holland both swing it well. Should be elite behind the plate this year and really good in the outfield.

I want to see us play more offense this year. We've been overselling to defense IMO

And the Oregon State game was even worse.
