Bowl History of SEC Teams

The following is the bowl history of the SEC teams since 1986 in order of winning percentage:

Ole Miss 12 - 2 0.857
Georgia 16 - 8 0.667
Auburn 13 - 6 -1 0.650
LSU 13 - 7 0.650
Alabama 14 - 9 0.609
Miss St. 6 - 5 0.545
Missouri 6 - 5 0.545
Tennessee 12 - 10 0.545
South Car. 7 - 6 0.538
Florida 13 - 12 0.520
Kentucky 3 - 5 0.375
Texas A&M 7 - 14 0.333
Arkansas 4 - 13 0.235

Note: Vanderbilt is not included due to small data base.

If that's the case, why are you including the bowl history for teams prior to being in the SEC (Arkansas, South Carolina, Missouri, and Texas A&M).

Some teams records won't be great because of who they played.

A&M and Mizzou just joined the SEC 2 years ago.

I want to know why he picked 1986 as the cut-off. Is it arbitrary? Was that the year he was born? Did God tell him that pre-1986 bowls were infested with spooky, spooky demons?
